- Representing and assisting with the Bucharest Environmental Protection Agency in order to obtain the permit allowing the collecting and recycling of packaging waste.
- Representing and successfully assisting with the courts of some important companies in the production of cars and food distribution with the aim of cancelling tax decisions wrongfully issued having as subject matter the payment of the tax towards Fund Administration due to the non performance of the duties to recover and recycle the waste packaging waste.
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts having as subject matter the recovery of waste with the aim the meet with the targets regulated by the Government Decision no. 621/2005 on packaging and packaging waste and services agreements regarding the responsibility transfer concerning the fulfillment of such obligations.
- Analysis of the relevant environmental documentations during the due diligence process involving the merger and acquisitions of companies in the area of construction of ships.
- Assisting from the environmental point of view in order to build photovoltaic parks in the west and center of Romania.
- Drafting legal opinions concerning the duties to be fulfilled with reference to the transport of dangerous waste.
- Assisting to obtain the environmental permit for LPG stations.
- Assisting regarding the transfer of the environmental permit related to M&A in energy field (wind farms, solar parks, hydro electric power plant).
