Gabriela had graduated Law School in 2006 and subsequently a master programme in business law. Gabriela is a member of Bucharest Bar Association, as definitive lawyer.

With over five years’ experience, she specialises in commercial and corporate law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Gabriela Ilie has also contributed to a book of legal comments on Romania’s new Civil Code.
